I have oil in radiator/coolant filler, its a 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee?

If you need to top of the water everynight then you have a leak in the water system the water system is a sealed system no water loss should occur. You shouldn't have any oil in the water system especially black sound like you have a blowen head gasket it just hasn't fully blowen where it causes major symptoms. You need to keep a close eye on your water level and keep checking the oil dipstick to see if is milky or foaming.I have oil in radiator/coolant filler, its a 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee?
You need to identify the oil, eng, or trans.

Probably atf in the coolant. Your radiators heat exchanger has failed. You'll need to replace the rad. The oil will ruin the cooling systems rubber parts, so a good flush req'd. Fix it before the coolant gets in the trans, or it too will die! Probably should svc it too~DanI have oil in radiator/coolant filler, its a 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee?
