When oil enters the radiator of a car what could it be.?

91 ford festiva ,4 cyclinder ,standerd transmission,When oil enters the radiator of a car what could it be.?
If the engine block is cracked oil can leak into the coolent. When oil enters the radiator of a car what could it be.?
I know a guy who had oil in his antifreeze, and it was a blown head gasket. Natrually, the oil got in his radiator when the antifreeze carried it and circulated through the cooling system through the engine and then the radiator. .
Cracked block. Blown head gasket, Is there water in the oil as well? The oil filler cap would have a milky substance on it. If the car has an oil cooler in the radiator, that may have failed as well. Not good no matter how it got in there.
