Oil radiator heater VS Central air heater?

Which one is more efficient and use less electricity??Oil radiator heater VS Central air heater?
You're asking two things from diametrically opposed views. Electric heat is always more efficient as there are no losses to the outdoors. Gas or oil heat is less efficient - but uses less electricity and costs less per Btu - because electricity is expensive.Oil radiator heater VS Central air heater?
If you live in a cold climate, heat pumps are NOT the most efficient. (The auxiliary heat runs instead of the heat pump if the temp drops below 25 degrees F.)

I like the comfort and quiet of a boiler. If you can get an outdoor wood-burning boiler, that would be the most efficient and most comfortable. (Boilers have very little temperature differential, where a forced air system may have as much as 5 degrees F differential.)
Depends on the type of Central Heater.

Heat pumps are the most efficient. Oil heaters are resistance heaters and are one of the least efficient, however they do allow you to heat only the room you are in instead of the whole house.
