Oil Filled Radiator problem?

Hi my oil filled radiator suddenly stopped working and now has no power at all. Its dead as a door nail! I have changed the plug fuse but that's not it. Any ideas please?Oil Filled Radiator problem?
its the heating element inside ask someone with a multi meeter to check and see if the element has burned outOil Filled Radiator problem?
If you are sure you have power going to the radiator, then there are only 2 other things it can be. Either you have a faulty thermostat or a burnt out heating element, either way they are usually not readily replaceable, the thermostat is easier than the element. It will probably be cheaper in the long run to get another one. Try your local www.freecycle.com you may find someone offering one.
I assume there,s power,

You changed the fuse (13 amp).

What you got is a ';element'; in series with a ';thermostat, all fed via a flexible cable,(in a mini oil tank).

If the ';element'; or the ';thermostat'; are faulty,

You could obtain a spare.(cost could out way new)

But with reduction on more electrical items these days.

I would suggest buy the same ';heater again';

Find whats ';gone'; on old unit and keep the good bits.
