What could be the cause of oil in the radiator of a 1996 dodge stratus?

My uncle who is a mechanic looked at my car after I told him I had a bad oil leak. Well he found out that there was oil in my radiator and said that my car runs too good for a gasket to be going out. So with his being said I am clueless as to how it got there and whats wrong with my car. What could be the cause of oil in the radiator of a 1996 dodge stratus?
If it's motor oil, it pretty much has to be a head gasket, or a crack in the heads or block (gallery areas, where it is under pressure, like with head gasket). Wouldn't necessarily make it run bad. Fluids getting in the combustion chamber would make it run bad. 2 different problems. Check the oil for signs of coolant too (milky white color). If you have an Automatic tranny, it could be transmission fluid, which would be from the radiator having an internal leak. What could be the cause of oil in the radiator of a 1996 dodge stratus?
It can still be a gasket. The gasket could be leaking between an oil passage and a water passage in the gasket, most likely a head gasket. This is what I feel is the most likely candidate as the oil would be leaking at high pressure to overcome the typical 15 pounds of pressure in a cooling system.

But it could also be a cracked cylinder head or cracked engine block. However, a cracked block or cracked head would leak at an area where the oil pressure is low. So you would have coolant in your oil instead of oil in your coolant because the coolant pressure would be higher than the oil pressure in this area.
by oil leak you must mean loss--otherwise it would be obvious where it is dripping--correct??with this in mind, oil in the radiator can only come from the engine or gearbox!!!a crack from an oil gallery to a water jacket,in the head, not the gasket does this and doesn't always have to be near a compression point, hence why it would still run smooth and not overheat
You may have a cracked block. Or a blown head gasket. Did your uncle inspect the head gasket? I mean tear the car down and look at the head gasket. Take it to another mechanic and have them look at it.
Head Gasket, possibly cracked head
DI d your car recently overheated? It might be your gaskets.
Your Head gasket needs replacing
head gasket
