If they are the rated 1500 watts that is 1.5 kwh. In most places 1 kwh is about 14 cents so that makes it 21 cents to run it. Brand name makes no difference.
If you ran it night and day for a month that would be $151 so it is not economical for something that can only heat one room at best.
take a reading on your supply meter at the beginning and end of 1hr this will tell you allow for other items also running. check what your charges are per Kw/hr

They are economical since there is a delay between turn on times because of the slow cooling of the oil. Once the oil gets hot, the electric heater turns off until the oil has cooled enough for the heater element to turn back on again. In principal, this is not unlike a capacitor in a power supply, it doesn't recharge until it has to.
At 10 cents per kilowatt hour, the cost for 1500 watts would be 15 cents, per hour of electricity usage. The issue for figuring this out would be how much of each hour was the unit actually drawing 1500 watts. It could be as little as 7.5 cents per hour, depending on the cooling load of the air that it is trying to heat. If the air is fairly warm, then the heater will turn on less often.
Depends on the unit price per Kilowatt hour your electricity supplier charges you. Say they charge 10 pence a unit, for a 1.5 kilo watt heater like yours that is 15 pence per hour. Only really economical if it has a thermostat controller.
